Greetings, fellow movie fanatics, and welcome to the ApoKalypse Diaries, where I'll be chronicling the blood, sweat, and tears behind my latest cinematic adventure. Prepare to be dazzled, amused, and possibly horrified as we embark on a journey into the heart of horror comedy.
My name is Lutz, and like some of you, I'm a child of the VHS era. I spent countless hours wandering the aisles of video stores, marveling at the endless possibilities of cinematic magic. I vividly remember sneaking into the adult section with my friends, our faces blushing like ripe tomatoes as we hastily retreated from the watchful eyes of the store manager. I was captivated by the likes of Stallone, Schwarzenegger, and Willis, but my true passion lay in horror comedies.
From 'Braindead' to 'Tremors', 'Nightmare on Elm Street' to 'What We Do in the Shadows', I devoured every horror comedy I could get my trembling hands on. Who can forget the hilarity of 'Scream', or the laugh-out-loud moments in 'Shaun of the Dead' and 'Army of Darkness'? My love for this genre knows no bounds.
Like many of you, I found myself trapped in the soul-sucking vortex of the corporate world, feeling suffocated by the mundane routine of it all. It was then that I made a life-altering decision: now or never. I decided to take the leap and chase my dream of making movies, and I've been saving up every penny to fund my cinematic escapades.
Sure, I've had my fair share of failures, but I've also discovered the magic of animation as an outlet for my creativity. You might have seen some of my smaller projects, like 'Beverly Hells 666' on YouTube (check it out here).
So, join me, dear reader, as we embark on this wild ride together. Expect laughter, tears, and the occasional gore, as I take you behind the scenes of 'I Want to Eat Your Manager'. The ApoKalypse is coming, and trust me, you don't want to miss it.
Stay tuned for more updates from the ApoKalypse Diaries!
